Matcha Mochi Bites Recipe

Ingredients

Glutinous rice flour (125g)

Matcha powder (1tbs)

Baking powder (1/2 tsp)

Salt (1/4 tsp)

Milk (1/2 cup)

Egg (1)

vanilla extract (1/2 tsp)

Honey (1/4 cup)

Melted butter (1 tbsp)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 165°C/325°F.

2. Use the butter to grease the muffin pan.

3. Mix the rice flour, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

4. In another bowl, mix the milk, eggs, honey, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

6. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until batter is smooth.

7. Pour the batter into muffin tin and bake for 25-30 minutes.

8. Once they are done baking, let them cool for 10 minutes.
